Fancy a house?
Sadly I have to tell that all my thoughts from this house and garden soon will be at end.
We are planning to move away. Not far. Just a mile further into the fjord (more about that later on.)
And it means that this house is for sale.
so if you would like to have an Arctic house with lots of atmosphere, a lovely view to the fjord, then now is your chance.
(The picture is manipulated. There is actually darker and more snow right now.)

Ice art
Theres been an ice-concert this week. Made by Terje Isungset and the indigionous Saami joik performer Sara Marielle Gaup from Adjagas. I was told it was a stunning experience late at the dark night, with the ice, the coloured light, the sounds and the Aurora Borealis. And quite nice the other day too, when they performed for the school children. This was done during the "Sun festival" in town, celebrating that the sun will appear soon.

South in Christmas
The Arctic area might be a nice place to celebrate Chrsistmas and New Years Eve. With all the snow and atmosphere.
Still, many of us go south to visit family and relatives.
So did we.
To the farmers at the inner country of south-east Norway. With no snow at all. But lots of forest. To the capitol Oslo, to experience opera, an Italian restaurant, inbetween drugaddicts begging on the streets.
It`s strange for us to see all this.
So different from our Arctic life.
More of this in my travelling blog (unfortunately in Norwegian...)
