Light, a dreamcatcher, a blue dolphin and some spring
In december I wrote about waking up by the view of the bedroom window(in this article). That was the view of darkness.
If you know something about Arctic light, you`ll understand that now is the opposit. It`s bright daylight all the time.
The midnight sun has started working. It makes the seagull even more crazy.
And for us with two legs (.......well, actually the seagull also has two legs....) it becomes even more difficult to sleep at night.
So this is how it looks from the bedroom around midnight now. The thin, red curtain manages at no circumstandes to keep the light outside.
But in this house we get some help. The strange is that always around sleeping time, a small, blue dolphin begins to swim around in the bedroom. Until it gets caught by a dreamcatcher up in the corner.
We woke up in the morning. By the sound,...yes ofcourse by a couple of seagulls. But also by the most beautiful sound; The sound of the neighbours lawn mower.
And now we are sitting out in the garden. It`s sunny! Warmer than yesterday. The neighbour still mow the lawn. He`s very diligent.
The fjord is bright and beautiful.
We try again. To make some spring.
